Ruby Shares Her Bone!!!

So we had a birthday celebration for a friend and along came Duchess, as you might remember me blogging about earlier. Well, Ruby went and grabbed one of her bones and brought it to Duchess. She put it right in front of her. Duchess barked at Ruby and Ruby backed away and gave us a sad face. It was so sad!!! It broke my heart a little. Ruby eventually overcame being barked at and we got some cute photos.

Happy Birthday Sydney!!

WOW! I can't believe that Sydney is 9 years old today! Where has the time gone?! It seems like only yesterday I made the deal with my mom that if I drove us to the Kitsap Humane Society we could look at the kittens and possibly adopt one. I was very much against driving at that time. Of course, she was 6 or so months old already, but still so tiny! Syd Syd has become friendlier over the years and is definitely not as shy. She has dealt with urinary issues and not in-taking enough water but she still remains as sweet as ever. Happy Birthday Sydney!!! We love you!!

Duchess and Ruby Enjoy Treats #ProductsReview

So Ruby won some goodies from Dog Mom Days when they had a giveaway. She won some Riley's Organic Peanut Butter and Molasses Recipe Treats and PetSafe Indigo Fresh Dental Sticks. She has had the Riley's treats before and you can read about it here.

Ruby's cousin Duchess was visiting so she got to have some treats too. It was Duchess's first time having Riley's treats, and she loved them! Duchess is also on a special diet for health reasons so it is hard for her to get mommy's approval for treats.

Of course Ruby still loves them!

It was our first time trying PetSafe's Indigo Fresh Dental Sticks. I am always excited to see this:

Ruby was unsure and slowly took hers. She tried a little and then left it there. She later returned to finish it... I think. Or Duchess got to it.

Emmy and Sydney showed that they wanted some treats. They got feline Greenies.

We got an order from Doctors Foster and Smith and they were all intrigued with the box. No one was more intrigued than Ben and he thoroughly enjoyed being buried in the peanuts. I decided to make this a picture moment as there is an Instagram contest going on for Natural Balance foods and we happened to get a dog and cat food sample.

  He just stayed there purring and surprising Ruby, Emmy, and Sydney as they take a peek. Eventually I took him out because Sydney stole a peanut and tried to eat it. That's when I decided that we were done and put the box in the garage.

Ocean Shores and Ruby's First Sleepover

This Labor Day I had a three day weekend and Garrett was on his week off. So we went to Ocean Shores while Ruby got to spend some time with her cousins Susy and Max at their house. Here is a photo story of it.

So we started to finally get some rain and instead of having to wipe her feet when she came inside, I decided to put her shoes on. Ruby decided to do this. :) Silly girl.
